Early in the morning you will meet your instructor in the center of Sorrento or at your accommodation who will give you the bike and all the equipment. You will leave Sorrento in direction to Massa Lubrense with your bikes.

Along your way, full of olive and lemon trees, you can enjoy the view of the Sorrento Coast and the Gulf of Naples. Once arrived in the town of Termini, you will find the island of Capri in front of you. From there, you can continue towards Monte San Costanzo, at 486 meters above sea level.

From the top of the mountain, the panorama opens up to 360 degrees over the entire breathtaking landscape, which includes: the territory of Massa Lubrense, from the gulf of Naples to that of Salerno, with the imposing Vesuvius, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida and the Bay of Ieranto.

Alternatively you can choose together with the guide if take the road downhill towards Marina del Cantone, as old bay, with a suggestive pebble beach and crystal clear water. After a regenerative stop, you will leave to retrace the road back to Sorrento.The tour is also available departing from the Amalfi Coast.

This bike tour is not suitable for those suffering from heart problems or knees problems. We recommend being prepared with sportswear/bike wear and cycling/sports shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses and a bottle of water.
